Sankalp Arya
I completed my PhD in 2020 and MRes in 2015 from the University of Nottingham. My current research is focused on developing mechanistic models for the spread of AMR in hospital environment, particularly looking at the effects of colonization. Previously, I have worked on comparison of different modeling techniques and quantifying the importance of transduction and co-selection in AMR spread and persistence.
